ABSTRACT
The true law is always in the process of becoming (law making), this also happens in the juvenile justice system in Indonesia, which is always in the process of becoming. This is what makes it important to reform the juvenile justice system. This study aims to examine and discuss the renewal of the juvenile justice system in Indonesia so that it is in line with the changing times and the demands of the times. So that the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia truly creates happiness for every community in Indonesia, especially for children who are in conflict with the law in Indonesia.
