ABSTRACT
With the global crisis’s impact on education, an online system was the only remedy to mitigate the problem. In the field of physical education, teachers experienced its impact in numerous ways. This systematic review explores the problems and challenges encountered by physical education teachers in an online setting. It was identified that technological disparity caused teachers to feel burdened to carry out their teaching responsibilities. Moreover, migrating to an online setting brought out issues of their unpreparedness and lack of training on the use of ICT-related tools and applications. Space and facilities to perform physical activities were identified as an impediment in a physical education class.
