The results of the study obtained an explanation that community empowerment through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Diskopindag in Sampang District, Sampang Regency did not run optimally after being analyzed using three indicators of community empowerment because there are still many obstacles that are not in accordance with the expectations of MSME actors.
