ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the application of business ethics on employee performance at PT. Karsa Utama Gorontalo City. This study used a quantitative approach. The descriptive research method of data used is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PT. Main Karsa Gorontalo City. The data analysis technique used in this study used simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the application of business ethics on employee performance at PT. Karsa Utama Gorontalo City. And the value of the R Square coefficient of determination is 0.251 or 25.1% which means that employee performance is explained by the application of business ethics carried out by PT. Main Karsa Gorontalo City. While the remaining 74.9% is influenced by other variables.
