ABSTRACT
Industrial Revolution 4.0 has had a significant impact on our lives, which motivates the education sector to train human resources to adapt to society according to new trends. That is why universities always strive to improve their expertise and professionalism in a creative direction to adapt. The article focuses on the advantages and difficulties in improving the quality of lecturers to keep up with the new era.
