ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of Organization-Based Self-Esteem (OBSE) and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment at the Malang District Health Service. This type of research is quantitative research with path analysis techniques. The population is all employees who receive Additional Employee Income (TPP) at the Malang District Health Service. The number of samples determined was 81 TPP recipient employees at the Malang District Health Service with a sampling technique using the census method. The research results prove that Organization-Based Self-Esteem (OBSE) and job satisfaction positively and significantly affect organizational commitment. Organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) and job satisfaction positively and significantly affect employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research finds that organizational commitment mediates the influence of Organization-Based Self-Esteem (OBSE) and job satisfaction on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as consideration and input for the Malang District Health Service to determine policies to improve employee performance through Organization-Based Self-Esteem (OBSE), employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
