ABSTRACT

The increasing number of university graduates in China has posed significant challenges for employability, especially for music graduates who face an oversupply of professionals in a highly competitive job market. This paper examines the role of transferable skills in improving employability competency among music and graduate students in China, focusing on how universities can adapt their curricula to incorporate these skills and better prepare students for diverse career paths.
