ABSTRACT

Starting from the randomness of innovation in current investment , this article explores an innovation platform jointly built by universities and enterprises. Based on the technology system evolution law and industry life cycle theory in TRIZ th eory, it hopes to seek guidance and direction for innovation in universities and enterprises, improve the efficien cy of scientific research transformation, and reduce investment risks.
