Ratan Tata, a distinguished industrialist and philanthropist, has been instrumental in transforming the Tata Group into a global powerhouse. This paper examines his leadership style and strategic vision, showcasing how he elevated the Tata Group into a major global conglomerate through key acquisitions, innovative initiatives, and a cultural shift within the organization. Additionally, it highlights Ratan Tata's philanthropic efforts, emphasizing his dedication to enhancing healthcare, education, and community development in India, and how these contributions have positively impacted both the corporate sector and society as a whole.
