ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance within a Japanese multinational corporation operating in Indonesia. The research involved a sample of 217 employees from a total population of 500 production staff, with data collected through a questionnaire that assessed their perceptions of organizational culture, commitment, and performance. The results from the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that both organizational culture and commitment significantly impact employee performance, with an R-squared value of 0.850. The coefficients for organizational culture and commitment were found to be 0.450 and 0.300, respectively, both demonstrating a positive effect on performance. The extremely low p-value (0.000) for both variables further confirms the statistical significance of their influence. These findings provide important implications for companies looking to enhance employee performance by improving organizational culture and commitment.
